I’m sorry I couldn’t get the rant posted yesterday. After I posted the comic I had VERY important business to attend to, and it involved 12 hours of Lord of the Rings. Please forgive me, it was for a good cause and at least the comic was up. >_< Though it was a little rushed, took me forever to figure out how to approach the issue of Dragonball Evolution. This comic spawned from asking Eve what he thought about the movie (which he still refuses to see, I suppose you have to kinda admire that), for which he promptly responded that he would rather “hammer nails through his dick” than see that movie… for which I can only amuse would hurt more than anything short of loosing a limb. o_O

My review? Well, I did go see it and I’m just gonna put it out there that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Though by no means did my childhood escape unscathed, it may not have been raped, though I feel molested is an appropriate word. And just because I went into that theater with over -9000 expectations for the film and left laughing rather than crying, does not mean it should have ever been made! There was the odd funny joke and small detail that made the Dragonball fan in me happy, but as I’ve already said… it was not a good film. Now I’m not gonna go through a rundown of the film, I feel that would be somewhat redundant. I do recommend this movie to anyone who likes Dragonball and is curious. But you still need to enter the theater with no expectations. Period. Though I’m curious if this sequel that apparently has already been green-lit will follow the DBZ time line? If so, the movies may have a chance to redeem themselves. Seriously, people really hated this film.

In other news, I am working on character bio’s and information this week so expect that to be up soon. And other than the 3.1 patch in WoW there is not a lot for me to report on games this week. I’m not very good with a joust as of yet… but Eve keeps harping on me to do my dailys, which I really should do >_<
