Addition To the Family – Part 1
How annoying. I wrote this rant last night only to have it deleted this morning from a server error… hmmm, where to start again? Ya! So we finally got our own PS3, a little late I know. But I assure you it just wasn’t the right time until now. We had been playing on my friends machine a bunch and he would bring over Rock Band. Eve would be very sad every time it had to leave, so we also got Rock Band.
The price dropping last year was a big factor in the decision and we kinda went without Christmas presents in hopes that we would get one soon. I’ve also come to notice recently that people REALLY love their PS3’s, its apparently the greatest thing since the internets. Though I’ll admit I was was hesitant to get one until very recently, in all honesty I didn’t even want one! I felt that its amazing graphics and Blu ray would be wasted on my non high-def tv and the terrible games (in my opinion). That’s right, I said it! Good graphics alone don’t make a good game people. But I’m liking the new direction the PS3 and its games has taken in the last year. Some really great ones have come out that have made me re-evaluated my need for the little monster (seriously though, it’s friggen heavy!)
So the very purple comic this week features our new addition to the family. And yes being the king of consoles he dose pop his collar. He’s got quite an ego. In addition, no drugs were ingested or otherwise taken in the making of this comic. It is merely an accurate depiction of the love and happiness we feel for our PS3. Seriously though, its a pretty nice system and I’m glad that we got one finally.
I might be posting the second part to this comic before Wednesday, it might be nice to squeeze in an extra comic a week if I have one ready.
